Adonis Insurance Company – Syria (ADIR) was officially established in Damascus On September 19th, 2007 with a capital of SYP 1.250.000.000 and as a member of Byblos Bank Group, has launched its business and received its license in February 2008.

Adonis Insurance Company - Syria (ADIR) is always concerned to ensure commitment to its customers in terms of covers and quality of service in order to meet their insurance needs. In 2001, Natixis Assurance – France, one of the largest Bancassurance groups in Europe, acquired 34 % of ADIR Insurance – Lebanon shares (the main shareholder in Adonis Insurance Company – Syria (ADIR)).

Adonis Insurance Company – Syria (ADIR) aims to expand its activities all over the country and to develop its presence in the main Syrian cities through a strategic plan that  will be executed throughout different stages.
