Adonis Insurance Company – Syria (ADIR) was officially established in Damascus On September 19th, 2007 with a capital of SYP 1.250.000.000 and as a member of Byblos Bank Group, has launched its business and received its license in February 2008.

Adonis Insurance Company - Syria (ADIR) is always concerned to ensure commitment to its customers in terms of covers and quality of service in order to meet their insurance needs. In 2001, Natixis Assurance – France, one of the largest Bancassurance groups in Europe, acquired 34 % of ADIR Insurance – Lebanon shares (the main shareholder in Adonis Insurance Company – Syria (ADIR)).
The main objective of this partnership is to merge the expertise of both groups in order to develop and improve the Bancassurance Concept in the MENA region.

ِAdonis Insurance Company – Syria (ADIR) aims to expand its activities all over the country and to develop its presence in the main Syrian cities through a strategic plan that  will be executed throughout different stages.
